At Nomenclature, every fragrance is composed with intention and produced in limited quantities. We ask that you review the following policy carefully before completing your purchase.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via trusted third-party carriers. Nomenclature reserves the right to select the shipping provider most appropriate for your order, regardless of the carrier displayed during checkout. This ensures the most secure and efficient delivery possible.
Once your order has left our premises, Nomenclature is not liable for any delays, damages, or losses incurred during transit. A tracking number will be provided upon shipment.
Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition, including all packaging.

Opened or used products are not eligible for return, in order to maintain product integrity and hygiene standards.
Store Credit

Approved returns are issued as online store credit only.

Store credit does not expire and may be applied to future purchases at nomenclature.nyc.

Refunds to the original form of payment are not offered.
Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Nomenclature is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Contact support@nomenclature.nyc with your order number and clear images of the item, packaging, and shipping materials.

Once verified, we will issue store credit or a replacement, at our discretion.

Requests submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for resolution.
